The Bonita Springs Post!
Hi Internet and Friends! (You know who you are!) :) Ok..... I hope you have all read my intro. Now, how many of you have timeshares or knows what one is? Well, for the readers that don't know, a timeshare is a hotel room(s) that someone buys. That someone gets a certain time to stay there each year or every other year. I have a timeshare in Bonita Springs. We were there for a couple days. We got to the hotel, checked in and unpacked. Then we went to the pools. I love swimming, but I like swimming in currents. So I went in the lazy river. The lazy river goes fast, then just stops. But you can hang out in the current until a employee comes and yells at you. The Hyatt Coconut Plantation has all these things. Also when you buy a timeshare at this hotel you can go into the other Hyatt for free, which has a waterslide. The restaurant in the Hyatt is just ok but overpriced. The rooms are really nice though, the balconies are huge and you have good views of a lake and golf course. The restaurants are great in the area. Here are some of the ones I remember, California Pizza Kitchen (one of my personal favs), Bonefish Grill, Longhorn, and a couple others. There is a ice cream shop called Marble Slab. It is a co-company of Maggie's Moos and Marble Slab Ice Cream. It is super good. They have kinds of different flavors, but I recommend the triple chocolate. For you people who like Cold Stone, Marble slab does as many mix-ins as they can for free. That's one-upping Cold Stone, I'll tell you that. Besides the good restaurants and hotel attractions, there is a mall. We went to Barnes & Nobles like ten times on a 7 day vacation. : ) . So, I highly recommend going to Bonita Springs.
